[問題] LC 47A條款
請問大家一個LC條款問題
本次出貨結關是 11/25 周五
ETD是 11/29 周二
47A condition 1:
within 1 working day after shipment, beneficiary must email to xxx
details shipment as follows.
+vessel name
+ETD/ETA 等等
47A condition 2:
within 3 working days after the date of BL, beneficiary must.....
請問第一個條件的一個工作天，
是指結關後的一個工作天嗎？
因為他只寫after shipment其實不太清楚，不像第二條件就是BL date
請大家解惑，謝謝~~~
