[問題] 國際商會仲裁
國貿版的大大好，
最近在公司碰到一個情形
埃及客戶要求先簽約再下單
敝司一向只有獨家代理才要簽約，沒有一般經銷合約
對方提供經銷合約草稿後，發現幾乎都是獨家合約內容
因此我們打算自行修改為一般經銷
目前都修改的差不多，只剩合約裡的最後一項Disutes & Resolution：
All disputes arising from the performance of this agreement shall be settled
through friendly negotiation. Should no settlement be reached through
negotiation, the case shall then be submitted for arbitration to the ICC's
International Court of Arbitration and the rules of this Commission shall be
applied. The award of the arbitration shall be final and binding upon both
parties.
條款及其中的糾紛仲裁單位ICC's International Court of Arbitration是自己上網找的
先拿來套進條款裡，不知這樣適不適當？
網路上有人建議可以改為買方當地的商會為貿易糾紛仲裁單位
但因為對方是埃及客戶，查了許多資料都說和埃及做生意要很小心，連海關都不能信任
所以目前不打算名列埃及當地商會
想請問，對於貿易糾紛仲裁單位有什麼好建議？該如何選擇？
