[問題] 木製品聲明？

客人來信說，關於木製的貨物，
需要有「木製品聲明」，內容如下：
You will just need to supply a consignment specific manufacturers declaration
stating exactly what the goods are and what they are made of.
1. Goods included on the quarantine list of "highly processed wooden articles"
(list attached above).
Can be released without fumigation, as long as the goods are clearly described
on the commercial invoice, or accompanied by a consignment specific manufactu
rers declaration stating exactly what the goods are and what they are made of.
想問各位前輩，
我是能夠以煙燻證明代替聲明，
或是還有其他方法可以替代？
我看信上似乎是寫有此聲明可免煙燻證明？
而此聲明是要請製造工廠填寫聲明的意思？
船務新手剛上路，摸索中，如有錯的理解，
煩請各位指教了，謝謝。
