KRONOS provides a technological bridge between two wanting parties: cryptocurrency investors, and portfolio managers (or traders). Investors hold cryptocurrency and other digital assets and seek a diverse set of returns; traders have the ability to manage such assets but lack the resources to obtain and administer it. KRONOS is a platform and multi-strategy ecosystem for the asset management industry. The KRONOS platform is powered by two types of tokens: an ERC20 utility token for the core KRONOS platform, and security tokens to be minted and issued for each of the child strategies implemented on the platform. Eventually, we anticipate KRONOS to move past cryptocurrencies towards disrupting the traditional investment management space as well. Quantitative Researcher & Trader Strong knowledge of probability, statistics, and machine learning Creativity is key: we need to constantly be coming up with new solutions to old problems Intermediate programming skills in C++, Python, or similar Effective communicator and eager to work with others We would like to see some background in machine learning, data analysis, or financial markets for applicants in this role Fluent English speaking is required Preferred background would include top universities grads with physics/math/computer science/engineering 2. Quantitative Technologist Strong knowledge of programming languages like C++ or Python Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms Practical focus on getting things done: we value a relentless approach to getting features deployed Culture of collaboration and unselfishness While we would like to see an interest in markets, no previous work experience in finance, business, or economics is required Intermediate English speaking is required Preferred background would include top universities grads with computer science or engineering 3. Social Media Guru Responsibilities: Implement community engagement activities across media channels (YouTube, Telegram, Reddit, Twitter, newsletter, website) Assist with the planning, development and execution of the token sale, and all related community outreach and ambassador programs Implementing, tracking and reporting digital advertising campaigns Work with trading to brainstorm strategies and campaigns for growing and engaging online communities Report back to the team on community activity and ICO interest Must Haves: Understanding of futures trading and finance and market knowledge Excellent insight into crypto industry, ICOs, and market trends Knowledge of social media best practices, SEO, and digital marketing Experience with crowdfunding campaigns or ICOs a plus Proactive, autonomous and diligent Record of participation in different crypto social outlets, Discord channels, and Telegram groups Solid experience in digital marketing with outstanding communication skills Outgoing and charismatic personality Fluent in English and at least one Asian language 4. PR Marketing Responsibilities: Creating and implementing our PR strategy Building & maintaining relationships with members of the press & key social media influencers Writing regular press releases, pitches and blog posts Pitching stories to the press Setting up speaking opportunities for members of our team at industry conferences Representing the company at conferences, meetups, and other media opportunities Overseeing social media PR strategies Must Haves: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent in English and at least one Asian language Excellent insight into crypto industry, ICOs, and market trends Active crypto trader; bonus points for having experience in futures trading Experience with crowdfunding campaigns or ICOs a plus Outgoing and charismatic personality Proactive, autonomous and diligent Ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles Strong interpersonal skills and adaptable personality 5. Finance/Blockchain Content Writer Responsibilities: Strong experience writing financial services or Blockchain content required Actively handling the social media conversations around Blockchain/Cryptocurrency Writing Brand and PR content Able not only to cover the news, but report and write insightful articles, blog posts and longer research papers and whitepapers Demonstrated capacity for translating strategy into execution Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong ability to communicate story ideas and elicit information from investors and subject matter experts Must Haves: Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced, and changing environment Creative sense and good design taste Strong writing and communication skills; capable of writing for a variety of mediums Effective oral communication skills and analytical skills Bring a strong passion for our mission, excitement for our company, and pragmatism to the execution 6. Graphic Designer (UI/UX) Responsibilities: Work in a leading international startup in-house creative team to design graphic pieces including logos, web graphics and items for social media Designs artwork such as brochures, signs, flyers, etc., for event and trade show graphics Coordinates production of print pieces-both internally and externally. Good working knowledge of commercial print standards. Ensures that sufficient quantities are available as needed Design and produce materials for the event to ensure a successful organization. Maintain the Brand in all design created in-house Must Haves: Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Fine Arts / Graphic Design, or equivalent, is required 2+ years professional experience Good Illustrator/Photoshop skill Good at video skills is a plus Superior attention to detail, organized and flexible and able to think and work beyond the creative brief 7. In-House Counsel Responsibilities: Handling legal contract review and revision of related issues Responsible for contact, communication and cooperation with externally lawyers and accountants Implement legal policies to ensure that the company's exposure to legal risk is managed appropriately Legal research and consulting services Provide professional legal support for the company's business decisions, and provide legal advice for the company's various departments and projects, promote the ability of each department to conduct preliminary judgments and processing, reduce the company's operational risk Must Haves: Law degree from a reputable university (master’s degree or overseas law education is a plus) Qualified to practice law at least 3 years of relevant experience at law firm and/or in-house legal department Familiar with Blockchain technology is a plus Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and functions Strong English language skills Superior project management skills; self-starter, ability to prioritize multiple projects concurrently Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills; team player; dynamic; ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 8.
