【工作內容】
- Responsible for the company-wide end-to-end talent acquisition process for
the positions up to managerial level independently, including but not limited
to, implementing recruiting strategy, job advertising, interviewing,
candidate identification and selection, and job offering
- Provide professional advices to hiring managers on talent acquisition
matters
- Responsible for recruiting activities/ events and manage the recruiting
channels and talent search firms
- Support in expatriate arrangement such as work permit/ARC application
- Participate in HR projects and committees as required

【徵求條件】
- Proven work experience as a professional recruiter (preferred 2-3 years’
experience gained in multinational companies).
- Mature, passionate and result oriented
- Attentive to details and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint

【工作地點】台北市南港區園區街3號8樓
【工作時間】周一~周五 9:00~18:00(午休1小時)

【薪資範圍】月薪40,000元 ~ 50,000元
※行政院勞委會於108年1月1日起調漲基本工資為月薪23,100元

月薪未達23100一樣會被刪文
