【工作職缺】 會計/Accounting specialist
【工作內容】
Job Main task
-Make financial report Balance sheet/Income statement (P&L) and report to
CFO
-Make weekly/monthly report also examine statement to ensure accuracy
-Make daily voucher, ensure the statements and records comply with laws and
regulations
-Book keeping, account payable and receivable
-Depreciation/amortization /prepaid /accrual management
-Communication with French financial Department
-Various types TAX declaration in time
-Exchange rate revalue
-Rebate/RMA calculation
-Coordinate and participate internal/external audits
-Fixed assets management
-Archives and maintain documents
-Helping HR duty
-Any task assign from manager

【徵求條件】
The competencies and knowledge/skill required
-Fluency in written and oral English is required
-Strong computer skill: excel, word, outlook with good type speed
-Ability to provide sound and realistic compliance advice
-Demonstrated communication and organization skills
-Ability to independently conduct assigned responsibilities
-Strong sense of responsibility, stable and good team player with positive
attitude
-Be flexible with open mind to accept automation and enhancement to process
flow
-Willing to learn, to grow and be able to work in a changing and pressured
environment to meet management deadline
Education and background required
-Bachelor degree with finance or accounting major preferred
-Minimum 3 years experiences

【工作地點】
台北市松山區東興路28號12樓
【工作時間】
彈性上下班時間，每天工時8小時，每周統計時間，如果超出的部份可以提早離開。
周五如果工作完成可以提早下班半小時
上班時段：08:30~09:30
下班時段：17:30~18:30
如果做不完可以提出加班申請，依法計算給付加班費。
不過平常不太需要，大概只有年結的時候要加班而已。
因為公司為非歷年制，年結時間在3月底、4月初，
所以可能清明連假那段時間會配合加班。（會計師來查帳）
（會有另一位同事一起輪班，不會整個假日都在加班。）

【薪資範圍】
月薪40,000至45,000。
中秋跟端午禮金，積效獎金在過年前以及約5至6月發放，總共兩次。
※行政院勞動部於110年1月1日起調漲基本工資為月薪24,000元
※無薪資、比照科技部、比照本校規定、面議、電議，薪資不清等水桶一週
時薪工作請貼Part-Time板
月薪未達24000一樣會被刪文
