Demand Planning ‧ Coordination of overall Supply & Demand planning, S&OP process and establishing monthly Demand Forecast for the finished product and production plan ‧ Collaborate and interface with Sales for MI collection, demand verification, DFU replacement, DFA summary. ‧ Coordination of new import product launch and depletion of slow moving, dying, and dead stocks including new product code set-up and block inactive articles in system ‧ Implementation of in-country article management process and execution of PMOC ‧ Screening and analysis of back-orders root cause for management review Import Planning ‧ Supply planning for imported finished product with optimized inventory level ‧ Purchase Order (PO) processing in EMAPSS/ERP & follow up on Purchase-to-Payment process. ‧ Facilitating customs clearance, handling shipping document & keep HS code updated. ‧ Coordination of Chinese sticker (including GHS) for imported product. ‧ Minimize demurrage & airfreight shipment. ‧ Coordination of stock receipts to warehouse and follow-up gain/loss activities after cargo receipt ‧ Lodge the claims if the quality of material doesn’t meet EM standard or receiving discrepancy exceeding the allowed tolerance. ‧ Follow up recertification when finish product shelf life expired. ‧ Execution of PMOC for Import products related 【徵求條件】 ※為保障板友就業機會平等,雇主對求職人或所僱用員工,不得以種族、階級 、語言、思想、宗教、黨派、籍貫、出生地、性別、性傾向、年齡、婚姻、 容貌、五官、身心障礙或以往工會會員身分為由,予以歧視。 【Requirements】 ‧ Familiar with Trade Regulation (TR) guidelines and requirement ‧ Ensure adherence of established procedure/work instruction to meet TR guidelines and requirement ‧ Periodic review and update procedure and work instruction ‧ Maintain list of HS code/ANNEX and communicate with relevant parties ‧ Execution of PMOC for TR related Management System ‧Maintain or assist system sponsors/management for continuous improvement in the area of OIMS, CIMS, BPIMS requirements Key Competencies: ‧Customer Focusing and well communication skill ‧Fundamental of Supply Chain Management ‧Analytical skills, writing and speaking in English ‧Good STRIPES and EMAPSS knowledge 【工作地點】 台中市清水區北五路22號 【工作時間】 09:00 - 18:00 【月休】 周休二日 【公司福利】 年終保障一個月起 【薪資範圍】 月薪45,000起 【需求人數】 1位 【聯絡人/連絡方式】 來信請附上履歷資料 寄至cindy.yang@imc.com.tw 【其他備註】 也歡迎國貿系畢業新鮮人 英文能力佳優先 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.32.60.196 (臺灣) ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/job/M.1634803028.A.D16.html
