Recruitment Researcher/Sr Recruitment Researcher
【工作內容】
Our recruitment team are growing rapidly in the market,
and we are currently seeking for a full-time,
office-based Recruitment Researcher/Sr Recruitment
Researcher in our TP office.
The position will be requested to conduct sourcing/
screening/pipelining candidates via cold-calling and
support our internal teams based on different assigned
tasks.
Detail job scope has been highlighted below and we are
more than happy to provide solid training assisting you
to adapt into our family.
Key Responsibilities
‧Implementing market research to identify suitable
talents in industries to meet internal/external
stakeholders' requirements
．Sourcing, Profile Screening and Pipelining talents
pools in the market
．Interviewing and offering potential candidates with
career advice
‧Shortlisting relevant Candidates ready for resume
submission
．Preparing market mappings reports by assigned
projects
．Working alongside and support internal recruitment
team to deliver results promptly.
．Regularly maintain and update the sourcing records
into database system
【徵求條件】
．Bachelor degree or above with ideally over 1 year of
work experience
．With positive, passionate, aggressive working
attitude who can deal with high pressure and fast-paced
work environment
．Open-minded, self-discipline and target-driven type
preferred
．Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
effectively at a level appropriate

09:00~18:00
