Key responsibilities include incident and change management, troubleshooting network and connectivity issues, performing root cause analysis, reviewing and implementing technical changes, providing escalation support and mentoring for L1/L2 engineers, coordinating with vendors, and driving service improvement initiatives. The position requires strong expertise in technologies such as Check Point, Cisco, F5, Zscaler, Juniper, FortiGate, Palo Alto, Nexus switching, and TCP/IP networking, along with hands-on experience in network operations, security, and troubleshooting.
