不過我想解釋得更清楚 :)
should: (formal) used to refer to a possible event or situation
example: If you should need any help, do let me know.
In case you should need any help, here's my number.
Should anyone call, please tell them I'm busy.
至於你問的第四個問題
have the knit sent 和前半句的倒裝沒有關係
你看到了問題了
send the kit 和 have the kit sent 語意上是不同的
have the kit sent 透露出可能不是本人親自去寄
而是請其他人代寄
在這句情境中 應該是因為 kit 是在 "我" 這裡
如果 "你 "不要的話 請儘早通知
所以要使用 have the kit sent
這種用法和 I have my hair cut 是相同的
