其實句子本身就有提示了. 句子的一開始 Agreeing to ....., the firm ....... Agreeing to省略主詞 the firm. Agreeing to 是主動，所以代表 the firm 可以擬人，不需用被動. 所以當然是 will be merging 或是 w
