66 y/o male had a Hx of Gastric ulcer and COPD. He was admitted into Chest ward
because of SOB after a common cold and mild epigastric discomfort.Poor appetite
and constipation happened 2 days later. There were also tympanic percussion
over abdomen, diffuse tenderness and hypoactive bowel sounds. Digital exam.
revealed lossen anal tone without tarry stool.CXR and KUB revealed as below;
