如果按照WMA（World Medical Association）1975年在東京提出的宣言
醫師是不行強制灌食，但是要告知病人絕食的後果
所以我想重點應該是在病人是否能夠清楚知道這個行為的後果是什麼

Where a prisoner refuses nourishment and is considered by the physician as
capable of forming an unimpaired and rational judgment concerning the
consequences of such a voluntary refusal of nourishment, he or she shall not
be fed artificially. The decision as to the capacity of the prisoner to form
such a judgment should be confirmed by at least one other independent
physician. The consequences of the refusal of nourishment shall be explained
by the physician to the prisoner.
最近歐洲也有一個案子，是13歲患有白血病的女孩拒絕心臟移植
法院後來還派專家跟她討論，並明白告訴她不移植的話日子不多
最後女孩還是拒絕，但是法院認為她已經充分瞭解結果
所以後來遵照她的意願不強制進行心臟移植
