申覆理由:
Some recent research shows that APC gene mutation is related to pancreatic
cancer carcinogenesis. Cecil 24th ed 提到FAP中就容易發現有APC的gene mutation
。而逐漸增加的證據顯示，FAP的病人有得到Pancreatic cancer 的risk。根據Sabiston
18th edition，有FAP的患者得到Pancreatic cancer的lifetime cancer risk 為2%，
可進行possible periodic abdominal ultrasound 來篩檢。因此APC也與胰臟癌有相關聯
，故建議沒有適合答案而一律送分。
