[請益] 教師證書上的文字
各位板友大家好, 在下日前於美國取得加州之特殊教育教師證書(身心障礙類),
雖不知該證書是否為台灣教育主管機關認可, 但仍想在翻譯之後交由駐外單位驗證,
以期在返台後能作為與台灣教育主管機關諮詢換發台灣特殊教育教師證書時之依據.
故, 在此徵求於新制"高級中等以下學校及幼稚園教師資格檢定辦法(94年10月3日)"實施後,
依新制取得特殊教育教師證書的板友們, 提供您的教師證書上的所有文字, 以作為在下翻譯時的依據.
另外, 在下亦稍微研究了一下"特殊教育法(98年11月18日)", 其中第十條規定:
"特殊教育之實施, 分下列四階段:
一、學前教育階段:...
二、國民教育階段:...
三、高級中等教育階段:...
四、高等教育及成人教育階段:..."
猜想台灣之殊教育教師證書應該也有上述四種教育階段別之分, 而在下所取得之加州特殊教育教師證書
涵蓋了上述的所有教育階段別, 因此在下希望能徵得上述四種教育階段別之特殊教育教師證書上的所有文字.
(請將證書字號, 姓名, 生日, 國民身分證統一編號...等個人隱私資訊做馬賽克處理)

PS. 在此順便分享美國加州特殊教育教師證書之類方法(在下持有以下1-3):
1. Education Specialist Instruction Credential: Mild/Moderate Disabilities
服務年齡: grades K–12 and in classes organized primarily for adults through age 22
障礙類別: specific learning disabilities; mild to moderate mental retardation;
other health impairment; emotional disturbance
2. Education Specialist Instruction Credential: Moderate/Severe Disabilities
服務年齡: grades K–12 and in classes organized primarily for adults through age 22
障礙類別: autism; deaf-blind; moderate to severe mental retardation; multiple disabilities;
emotional disturbance
3. Education Specialist Instruction Credential: Early Childhood Special Education
服務年齡: children ages birth to pre-kindergarten
障礙類別: mild/moderate disabilities (如上所述); moderate/severe disabilities (如上所述);
traumatic brain injury including developmental delay and a disabling medical condition
4. Education Specialist Instruction Credential: Deaf and Hard of Hearing
服務年齡: ages birth through 22
障礙類別: deaf or hard-of-hearing or deaf-blind and services to students with a hearing loss
that manifests itself in conjunction with additional disabilities including unilateral
or bilateral, whether fluctuating, conductive, sensorineural, and/or auditory neuropathy
5. Education Specialist Instruction Credential: Visual Impairments
服務年齡: ages birth through 22
障礙類別: blind; visual impairment; deaf-blind
6. Education Specialist Instruction Credential: Physical and Health Impairments
服務年齡: ages birth through 22
障礙類別: orthopedic impairment; other health impairment; multiple disabilities;
traumatic brain injury
7. Specialist Instruction Credential: Gifted Education
Authorizes the holder to develop and coordinate curriculum, develop programs,
and deliver staff development for gifted education programs coordinated by school districts
or county offices of education.
