[問題] 灰心時怎麼拉回來?
想請問各位高手
如果念書念到很不順而有挫折感
或者一不小心又浪費時間(ex神遊太久)
這時候心情就會不好,覺得自己怎麼那麼沒用等等
該做些什麼 或是 想些什麼
把自己的情緒拉回來呢?
