[問題] 急問財力證明
剛填Iowa State Univ.的表格
Financial Statement for Graduate Applicants
填完資料、金額的最後
它寫" With the exception of any financial assistance already offered to me
by the university, I do not expect Iowa State to provide me with
financial assistance or employment."
這樣意思是不是說，如果我還沒有拿到他們的獎學金
簽了名繳了這張表和銀行的財力證明後，
就等於捨棄自己申請獎學金的權力了呢？
是的話，之後他們還會考慮給我獎學金嗎？ (學校網頁是說所有申請者會自動被列入考慮)
另外請教，它上面的 "country of birth" 附註(country code/city code/ number)
意思是我只要填Taiwan嗎? 還是要加什麼代碼？
明天就要寄出了，請有經驗的大大幫忙解答>"<
