The School of Computing and Information Sciences (SCIS) at Florida International University (FIU, the State University of Florida at Miami) is located in Miami, Florida [http://www.cis.fiu.edu/]. With a student body of nearly 46,000, FIU is one of the 25 largest public universities in the United States. As one of the most prominent schools in FIU, the SCIS has been gradually paving its way towards top research affiliates.
