Dear XXX,
We're writing to thank you again for applying, to invite you to a special
event in your area, and to clarify an e-mail you may have received recently.
An e-mail that was sent to you yesterday may have mistakenly contained text
that congratulated you on your admission to NYU-Poly. This was in error
(our faculty are still reviewing your application), but we hope to admit
you soon, and we hope that you will still be able to attend our event in Tape
i on Friday. Details of this event are below - please RSVP today:
