[問題] 成績繳交問題
Transcripts from institutions outside of the United States:
If you list an institution on your application that is located outside of the
United States*, you must use an academic credential verification service to
obtain a course-by-course report. We will accept evaluations from a number of
companies including, but not limited to, World Education Service (WES) and
Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE). Please do not send these transcripts
directly to our office.
我不太懂黃色的地方是甚麼意思，請問有人能幫我解答嘛!?
這是 Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) 的成績單要求
其他學校通常寫得很清楚，不是彌封就是scan image.
我不懂course-by-course是甚麼
