"How are you different from any other candidate?"
If you are an engineer applying to study overseas, I can help you
by restructuring your essay and improving your positioning (i.e. how are
you different)?
Many of my Taiwanese friends are extremely humble and are not used to selling
themselves during college applications. However, as you know, to get into a
good overseas school, it is important to clearly explain how you are different
from the thousands of other applicants (人靠包裝).
I have helped several of my friends successfully restructure their college
applications to top overseas schools, and I would like to help you too!
My background is in engineering (graduated from Cornell Engineering in three
years, worked at a US fabless company, etc), and am also experienced in
positioning as I have been helping to cover Taiwan Semi and LCD sectors at a
foreign broker (外資投行) over the last 2.5 years.
I am looking for someone good at programming to tutor me in exchange
(details below). I only have time to edit one application a week, and please
