I'm currently looking for a working professional or graduate student to take
over my current lease. It is a very nice 2bed/2bath apartment. You will have
your own room and bath and will be sharing kitchen and living room with
another female graduate student.
Everything is relatively new and undamaged. The apartment also includes two
free parking spaces, basic cable and a fitness center. Washer and dryer are
also included and so you don't need to go out during winter doing laundry.
The move in date is flexible. The official lease ends on June, 31, 2014.
You can renew the lease if you wish.
The tenants are responsible to pay Elec, gas and internet (on average it's
less than $50 per person, per month). The rent is $995 for the whole unit.
You can discuss how you want the rent be split with your future roommate.
No pet allowed. The apartment is in a very nice, safe, quiet neighborhood
(perfect living environment for graduate students or working professionals).
The apartment is on Stratford CT, closed to Blue Course Dr (Paramount Circle
by Prime Management). The bus stop for R/RC/RP line is within 5-minute
walking distance. On average, it takes about 10-15 minutes to the campus.
If you like bicycling, walking and jogging, you will love it here since
Orchard park is within 10-mins walking distance and the free
tennis/basketball courts are also accessible in 5 mins walking.
If you're new coming student and needs furniture, I can leave my nice
queen size bed (box and mattress) with my study desk to you for free.
