[問題] 申請的問題
各位好，我申請的學校有一間只能寄紙本推薦信，學校另外有一個form要填
其中有一部分是要申請人填
以下是上面一段話我不太懂意思(紅色標示處)麻煩知道的人可以幫我解答一下嗎?
"The applicant and admission committee will appreciate your completing this
form and returning it at your earliest convenience to the Graduate Advisor of
the program to which the applicant is applying. If you would rather write a
letter, either in addition to or in place of this form, please feel free to
do so.
