[問題] 突然被丟到住宿名單的waiting list已刪文
似乎是因為COVID的關係，原本房間和室友都確定了，
但學校先單方面把合約全部改成單人房，
之後又說床位不足所以按照優先等級有些人會被排到waiting list。
很不幸地我就被丟到最後一個等級(Tier 4)，然而學校也沒說明原因。
目前已經回信要求解釋，並陳述我是國際新生，同時也是最早一批申請的(3月底)。
按照合約，校方可以無理由取消合約，而且簽約費50美金也不退還，
想請教版友對於這種情形是否還有其他的反制措施?
(是不是覺得外國學生好欺負QQ)

Non-Refundable License Agreement Fee:
The UNM Residence License Agreement will only be considered with the charge of
the non-refundable License Agreement fee, which is due at the time of signing.
The License Agreement fee shall not be refunded to the student
and is non-appealable.
