[問題] 價格調降或是加入食材
最近頂下一間賣火鍋、意式料理的店
稍微有點裝潢
經過計算原本的食材成本約在30%左右(甚至28%)
但是過去經常舉辦9折或點餐送薯條的活動
接手後停了9折活動可能造成近日生意下滑
現在不曉得該將
1.價格拉低讓成本抓在35%40%中間
或是
2.維持價格再加入其他食材或附上甜點、濃湯、沙拉之類的
3.繼續做折扣活動
