Topic: To Grow a City with Creativity: The Taichung Experience
Speaker: Dr Jason Hu (胡志強), Mayor of Taichung City, Taiwan
Dr Hu earned his D.Phil. at Balliol College (Oxford) and was a research
fellow at St Antony's College before joining public service in Taiwan,
where he has served as Director of the Government Information Office and
as Foreign Minister. He is regularly rated as one of the best and most
dynamic elected heads of regional governments in Taiwan.
