[問題] 伯明罕的Conditional Offer
我昨天收到 Birmingham City的 Conditional Offer，
但是表單上面寫
The conditions of the offer are as follows:
This offer is subject to your obtaining -
Pass at IELTS with overall band score of at least 6.0
Alternative conditions TOEFL test points: paper, at least 550;
computer-based 213
Please read the details in this letter carefully
and return the enclosed Conditional Offer Response
Form as soon as possible. If you accept the offer
it is essential that you notify us of your
examination results as soon as they are available.
Please send a copy of your results certificate or
a letter from your school, college or university
confirming your results to the International Office
as soon as you receive it.

還是他意思只是要先回復他我是否接受這個conditional offer??
