[問題] WBS conditional offer
再請問一下:
WBS的conditional offer 中提到以下兩點

This offer is conditional upon to you:
1.Achieving an average 85% or above across all of the modules of your degree
and providing an attested/certified copy of the degree transcript and
certificate.
2.Achieving a TOEFL score of 630/267/109 or above and providing the
official TOEFL score report (or login details so that we can access
your scoresonline).

第一點是說我的大學畢業成績(我是申請研究所)總平均要85分以上嗎?
(我學校的英文成績單是以3.8計算, 怎知有沒有符合85%的條件?)
請問是不是任一個條件不符就無法得到unconditional offer呢X?
