Dear Susan (這位是MSc Marketing負責Offer的小姐)
His record will not update to PGI-ACC until the reg final condition is ticked
off. This is ticked off when the CAS number is issued and this will not
happen until June for applicants starting in September 2011. He will receive
a final confirmation letter at this time also. His offer letter on Pegasus
will have updated to show that all of the conditions are fulfilled apart from
the reg final administrative condition. The Finance Office may be able to
provide a receipt that the ￡2000 deposit has been paid.

When all of the conditions have been met, Registry will check that your
application complies with UKBA requirements.

Strath would like to make sure the CAS they issued are valid so that's why
they need to keep the uncon offer letter till the 3 months before the course
start.
