Headache, lower back pain, carpel tunnel syndrome... The agony may prevent sleep, painkillers may cause side-effects, and all these difficulties cause anxiety which worsens the situation even further. How can we manage and control chronic pain? It is becoming clear that the problems of chronic pain patients derive not only from the experience of pain itself, but also from the anticipation of further pain at some point in the future.
