[問題] Tier 4簽證網站填寫表單相關問題已刪文
在填寫申請學生簽時有一些小問題想請教各位：
1. Travelling With Someone
想請問，這題想問的是有父母、配偶或小孩陪同過去讀書的情況，還是像家人要持旅遊簽
一起過去遊玩幾天也算是？如果是後者的情況，可以直接填No嗎？因為嚴格說起來，只是
持旅遊簽的人跟持學生簽的我搭同一班飛機一起到英國，好像也可以說是跟我（的學生簽
證）沒什麼關聯？
2. English Language
有一題”Does your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) statement indic
ate that your English language ability was assessed by your institution or tha
t you are a ‘gifted’ student?”
在我的CAS中學校的說明是”In addition to the CAS number, the CAS statement also
shows you details of all the other information we have given to UK Visas and
Immigration about you and your course. If an English level is indicated in you
r CAS this is the level required for the course, not your personal level.”
以及
“How You Meet the Minimum English Requirement: High Education Institution (HE
I) sponsor has made assessment”
請問這題我填Yes可以嗎？
3. Documents
在”Are any of the maintenance funds required for this application in the form
of a student loan?”我填了Yes
“Have you already received your student loan?”我則填了No
所以在後面要我勾選繳交的Documents時，除了Mandatory documents（護照）以外，還有
一個Letter to prove availability of funds as a student loan from a financial i
nstitution要我勾選
請問我勾選了的話（沒勾選就進不了下一步）是否就是一定要在交件時必要附上的文件？
如果是在不需要貸款也可以繳得出學費及生活費等財力證明（但是我的確有申請貸款）是
否可以在有無申請貸款那邊直接填No呢？
