AYRCOB是由日本、韓國、新加坡、與台灣學生所籌備的會議, 獲選為大會口頭報告者, 旅費將由大會所支付歡迎大家多多投稿 4th Asian Young Researchers Conference on Computational and Omics Biology 1st-3rd December 2010 Singapore http://ayrcob.org/ *** Travel expenses of selected ORAL presenters will be FULLY COVERED by the conference sponsors! *** Call for Abstract The 4th Asian Young Researchers Conference on Computational and Omics Biology (AYRCOB2010) is jointly organized by the Joint-International Society for Computational Biology Student Council ISCB-SC Regional Student Group RSG Japan, Korea and Singapore; young researchers in Taiwan and the GCOE program “Genome BigBang” of The University of Tokyo, Japan. AYRCOB 2010 aims to achieve a 2-fold objective - To provide an avenue of exposure for students who are interested in the areas Computational and Omics Biology to participate in lectures of current topics from leading scientists of the field, and To establish international collaboration through interaction and discussion with fellow participants. A call for abstracts is now open for the 4th AYRCOB (http://ayrcob.org/submissions/). We are soliciting original research work for discussion in areas of, but not limited to the following: * Bioinformatics / Biomedical Informatics / Clinical Informatics * Biological Databases * Comparative Genomics / Microgenomics / Metagenomics * Computational Algorithms / Theoretical Bioinformatics * Evolutionary Biology * Gene Annotation / Gene Prediction * Gene Ontology / Gene Function * High-throughput technology / Next Generation Sequencing Methods * Integrative Biology * Proteomics * Sequence Analysis / Sequence Alignment / Genome Scale Patterns * Structure Bioinformatics * Systems Biology / Network Biology * Text Mining * Transcriptomic Analysis * Variome All abstracts will be peer reviewed for acceptance and shortlisted work will be published in a conference proceedings.
