a cell uses nucleotides A, T, C, and G when it replicates itself
it also executes normally cellular functions with proteins
so it takes transcriptions and translations to make them
as we know base of ribonucleotides are A,U,C, and G
the difference between DNA and RNA is thiamine/uracil
to avoid detecting RNA of house-keeping proteins
researchers should use labelled-T to exam DNA applications
