必須要填寫德文的概念說明
自己已經寫好了英文說明
但唯獨德文無能為力
使用google翻譯又擔心語句文法錯誤

英文原文：
The common wheelchair cannot stride across the drop like sidewalk. The
auxiliaries on market are inconvenient to use and very expensive.
This concept put the non-barrier slope on the wheelchair. The auxiliary has
no complicated structure or motor-driven part; the users can stride across a
barrier by themselves without others' help. The auxiliary can be installed on
every manual wheelchair on market.
Base on NTUH's opinions, the wheelchair's users want to control the
wheelchair without help if they can control their hands. Thus, this concept
also gives users more unrestrained moving space.
