二、說明
gigi030507發表之文章#1PYrKk-C (DirectSales)，經使用者saokie具文檢舉
(#1PYzBW8I (DirectSales))，本板查証屬實，確有挑釁、引戰當事人之實，
違反本板使用規範第十一條第一項，依同法第十六至十九條，應處水桶三十日以上、
一百八十日以下，然其情節尚屬輕微，又其因己意而中止其不當行為，足見其誠意，
依同法第二十一條，予以水桶七日、警告一次，原文已去除不當要素，不予刪除處分。
檢舉人所檢舉之另一違規事項，本板認為其意在於「挑釁、引戰」，而非在於
「以別名影射特定人名或公司名」，未達違規標準，併予說明之。
