檢舉案駁回。
二、說明
經查，「搂」為「摟」之異體字，「幺」為部首，音同「夭」，且觀整體文章而言，
被檢舉人並非惡意使用簡體字或注音符號代替正常文字以妨礙使用者之閱讀，
並不合違規要件。
三、申訴救濟
若不服本判決，得表明理由，至 L_LifeJob 板發文申訴。
