一、主文
davidyang1水桶180日、違規文章退文。
二、說明
davidyang1以討論分類、檢舉文格式發表內容明顯不實之申訴文章，
其中，該員上回之處分(#1Qw6qULN (DirectSales))並未遭受檢舉而是由板主主動發現，
再者，該員稱「被水桶處分迄今未解除」顯與其成功於本板發文此一事實相背，
據此認定該員違反本板使用規範第十五條第一項第五款，依同法第十六至十九條，
處水桶一百八十日、併科退文。
