不太了解它在問什麼?
(A) The cambridge cash balance equation不是說v=1/k為固定?
(C) 是因為 Md=f(P,R,π,PY)
當R上升 => Md下降 => v與貨幣需求函數呈反比,所以v上升(與R呈正相關?)
