先求變化量吧
也就是你這邊說的dx/dt
基本上變化率就是變化量除以基期數量
所以E的變化量是dE/dt=11*9%=0.99，而T的是dT/dt=8*(-2%)=-0.16
R的變化率是 (dR/dt)/R(t0)
這裡R(t0)=E(t0)+T(t0)=19
dR/dt=d(E+T)/dt=dE/dt+dT/dt=0.83
所以R的變化率即為 0.83/19=0.043684=4.37%
