Do you have the time? 是指有人問你現在幾點
等同問你 What time is it?
如果是要問你現在是否有時間
應該是用Do you have time?

可是現在有篇文章

I don't have time for this.

I really do not have the time.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^

難道這裏的have the time
是要強調真的沒"這樣的"時間這樣嗎？
有這樣的用法嗎？
還是他用錯了呢？
