提問：
這二句主要是在講有關國際貿易順差的實驗
第1句就是最後的"removed from a surplus reversal"不太懂在句中是想要表達什麼,
第2句也是最後的"three years leading up to 2008"不知是什麼意思..
拜託高手幫我看翻一下,因為不懂這二組實驗的定義,一直看不懂整個實驗在幹嘛..
