[求譯] 一個關鍵字的意思

這邊的subtitled，真的讓我匪疑所思，照字典看，是"給...加字幕"的意思
但是，前面提到電視對於全球數十億人的生活有著"正面的"影響，後面怎麼又會變成:
它將會帶給"上字幕的"專橫政府及丈夫等帶來更大的力量
真是很不合邏輯，所以我想，我應該是會錯意了，請高手幫個忙 ^^
