小弟最近在做練習時 有看到以下的句子
One out of three motor-car accidents is caused by a teen-age driver.
這個句子是不是也可以將句中的"is"換成"are"？
如果換成"are"之後句意上有沒有哪裡不同呢？
如果再將句子改成
One in three motor-car accidents are caused by a teen-age driver.
那"are"也可以換成"is"嗎？
