我想改寫成這樣
The OOO School located in Delaware, which is one of the most
important legal centers for the corporation law in the United States.
還是我應該寫成
The OOO School located in Delaware, is one of the most
important legal centers for the corporation law in the United States.
但怎樣都感覺很奇怪
