我了,連稍微幫我改一下都沒有,我想我寫的東西,他應該 整篇 根本就沒全看過 ; 秉

台灣原生杜鵑抗病基因家族TIR-NBS多型性分子演化之研究
植物具多種抗逆境的策略,對病菌所造成的逆境常以基因對基因的方式,透過轉譯成
蛋白質來改變生理狀況表現反應。而抗病基因種類繁多,其中最大的一支家族為
NBS-LRR, (nucleotide-binding site–leucine-rich repeat),系列,他們依據序列結構
的不同,可分成兩大家族:TIR (Toll/Interleukin1 receptor) 與 non TIR-NBS-LRR。
而其中NBS序列中有許多高度保守且具有功能性的模組區域,這些區域對植物抗病能力有
深切的影響。台灣原生杜鵑分布於全島各地,為台灣原生植物,本研究針對金毛杜鵑與紅
星杜鵑的TIR-NBS-LRR序列與9種物種的NBS序列,分作兩個分析群組做選汰壓力分析與位
點分析,目的在探討台灣地區原生杜鵑的NBS在分子演化上的演變狀態。結果顯示在分析
群組中,序列明顯受選汰的作用,選汰位點位在非功能區模組之中,但台灣原生杜鵑分析
群組的選汰位點卻在具功能性的模組中,推論出現在功能區模組的選汰位點造成NBS結構
與功能的改變。

The Molecular Evolution of TIR-NBS Diversity of Disease Resistance Gene
Family of Rhododendron Native in Taiwan
Plants have many kinds of anti-stress strategies for adverse circumstances to
the source of stress, including gene to gene, translation of protein to
change the physiological condition. There are many types of disease-resistant
genes, in which the biggest family is the NBS-LRR (nucleotide-binding site–
leucine-rich repeat) series. Depending on the sequence structure differences,
they are separateal into two respected families: TIR (Toll/Interleukin1
receptor) and non TIR-NBS-LRR. NBS sequence has many highly serious and the
functionality moldel, these regions have great influence on the plant
disease-resistant ability. Understanding evolution with the plant
disease-resistant gene, may help in the agricultural gardening the species
cultivation improvement. Taiwan native rhododendron distributes in entire
island, and can be a representating plant of Taiwan. In this study, it
divided the Rhododendron hyperythrum Hayata, rhe TIR-NBS-LRR sequence of
Rhododendron oldhamii Maxim, and the NBS sequence of the 9 economical species
into two analytic groups for selection-pressure analysis, and selection sites
analysis. The purpose of this study is to investigate the NBS of Taiwan
native rhododendron in the changing of the molecular evolution. In the
multi-species analytic group, the sequence is obviously selection effection
and the selection sites are in the non-functional model. On the other hand,
the selection sites of Taiwan native rhododendron group is in functional
model. It comes that the selection sites of functional model causes to the
structure changing of NBS and greatly affects the anti-disease function of
the Taiwan native rhododendron.
