我剛找到這個 在最下面母語者皆認為 I saw (that) you did it 聽起來怪怪的
I heard (that) John sang 意思是我"聽說"他唱歌 人家說的而不是我自己聽到。
所以應該還是 I saw him treat/ treating the customers badly比較正常。
