[求譯] would be forgiven for 應該怎麼翻才好?
最近看到 you would be forgiven for Ving....
有些會翻成：若你Ving，沒有人會怪你
（或是翻成"沒人跟你計較"、或是直譯"會被原諒"XD）。
我今天看到這段話，翻譯時仍有點卡卡
原文:
The surprise arrests of 14 FIFA officials last week in Switzerland captivated
soccer fans around the world, but the Chinese public would be forgiven for
not feeling particularly impressed.
試譯:
上週14名國際足球總會FIFA官員遭捕，震驚了全球足球迷，
但若中國民眾沒有感到特別意外，也沒有人會怪他們。
翻起來好奇怪XDD
