這句有簡化，還原後的原句是：
Road running often offers those people who are involved a range
of challenges such as dealing with hills, sharp bends, rough weather, and so on.
按照關代簡化的程序，把關代who和be動詞are都省略，those people可簡化成
those，就是題目的句子。
involve是及物動詞，當然可以用被動。它的意思請參考Longman字典：

然後另一個關鍵字是offer，句型是 offer 某人 + 某物。
某物就是a range of challenges，而某人就是those who are involved (那些涉入/參加
路跑的人)。何必多加in？
