1."Product(s)"means those products designed and manufactured by or for Supplier that are the subject of this Agreement and identified in the Product Specifiication Addendum as attached hereto and incorporated herein,as may be amended by the parties from time to time. 其中Product Specification Addendum 應該是指產品規格附錄句子中有herein和hereto 不曉得該麼翻比較順還卡著前後有as...,as... 2."AAA Technology" means all technology developed,acquired,or otherwise obtained by AAA or its Affiliates prior to the Effective Date ot after the Effective Date other than in connection with the performance of AAA's oblogations under this Agreement. 其中AAA是指AAA inc.,including all Affiliates,and offices worldwide. 這段句子中effective date重複了兩次，應該麼翻譯才不會感覺累贅呢? 3.
