抱歉多益的句子跑來這邊問

中間的as是當作介係詞用吧?
那介係詞前面不是應該要有動詞嗎?
She works as an interpreter in that company.
因為我看到的例句是這個 所以我才覺得多益的句子怪怪的
這邊多益的as到底為什麼會這樣用?
